Orders generally ship within 48 hours of purchase. During times of higher traffic, such as the release of a new product, this time may be extended.
Free shipping for US and For International Order Shipping fees vary by product and quantity. Please review your cart before submitting your order for accurate shipping costs.
Domestic orders are normally delivered within 5-7 business days from the ship date. International orders are normally delivered within 2-4 weeks from the ship date. Please keep in mind that this is from ship date, not order date. This also does not include customs processing time for international orders.

Yes, our manufacturing plant is GMP certified by the FDA.
Manufacturing has strict Policies and Procedures in place when it comes to handling and processing allergens. Every project we undertake is thoroughly evaluated for possible allergens. We have proper segregation and sanitation procedures to avoid cross-contamination (that includes swabbing to ensure allergens have been eliminated from the equipment).
Our products go through thorough microbiology, heavy metal, pesticide, and common allergen testing. It is tested to be free from GMOs, heavy metals, pesticides, herbicides, antibiotics, molds, e-coli, salmonella, and other environmental toxins and we are very satisfied that those results line up with or exceed the organic standards.
All products that come in capsule form are created from plant fibers called hypromellose methylcellulose.

While we understand your concern about your product while it is in transit, it is impossible to know what radiation it may be exposed to during this process and therefore we can not give you a clear answer.
It’s perfectly fine to open a capsule and take the Organixx products in their powdered form.
Not completely, there will be some undissolved particles even when mixed.
Fluctuations in temperature during shipping should not harm the product.
If your product is damaged in any way, please do not use it and contact customer success for a resolution.
Our products should be kept in cool, dry places that are out of direct sunlight in order to preserve the potency of the product.
