• Timeline: Returns must be within 60 days of your original shipping date.
• Tracking: To ensure a smooth process, you must provide a tracking number for your return shipment. We cannot process refunds for items lost in transit without proof of delivery.
• Processing: Once our warehouse has received and cleared your returned package, we can then process your refund accordingly.

Note: All refunds can only be processed back to the original payment method.

A Note on Bank Disputes: We strive to make this process easy. If you have an issue, please contact us directly first. Filing a formal dispute with your bank creates a lengthy administrative process that can delay your refund by several weeks. We are here to help and can usually resolve issues much faster than a banking institution.
